A 35 Year Legacy
Kaliroy Fresh is Mexico's leading family owned greenhouse grower, offering U.S. consumers fresh Round, Roma and snacking tomatoes year round.
Our History
Kaliroy is a family business, and the name "Kaliroy" ties back to a small village in Greece, honoring the family's Greek heritage. The company began as a small family farm in the fertile farmlands of Sinaloa in 1989 when our founder, Arquitecto De La Vega, had a vision to farm on a dream and a bet. In 1999, we opened our first greenhouse operation in Jalisco, Mexico, generating thousands of jobs in the surrounding communities.
Through years of hard work and a commitment to innovation, our family farms have proudly become Mexico’s largest tomato exporters to the United States. Now at the helm of the company, the Arquitecto's son, Eduardo De La Vega, has taken his father’s vision and turned it into the premier tomato leader in the industry.
Today, the Kaliroy brand represents the highest standards for the safe, sustainable, and socially responsible production of tomatoes.
